  • Our initial assessment lasts 60 minutes. We will dive deep into your medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and specific health goals. We won't just tell you what to eat; we’ll identify the "why" behind your habits and build a realistic plan that fits your life.

  • No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment with us.

  • Yes! We offer a free 15–20 minute discovery call. This is a no-pressure way for us to meet, discuss your goals, and ensure that our approach is the right fit for your needs.

  • The Initial Evaluation ($145 / 60 min): This is our "deep dive." During this hour, we review your medical history, lifestyle, and relationship with food. We don't just scratch the surface; we establish clear, actionable goals and begin crafting your personalized roadmap.

    Follow-up Sessions ($115 / 45 min): These are designed for accountability and adjustment. We review your progress, navigate any obstacles that came up, and provide new strategies or recipes to keep your momentum going.

    Note on Taxes: As Registered Dietitians are recognized as healthcare professionals in Canada, all our nutritional counseling services are tax-exempt. The price you see is the final price you pay.

  • Most extended health insurance plans in Quebec (and Canada) cover Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist services. After each session, you will receive an official receipt with my registration number (ODPQ) to submit for reimbursement.

    Tip: Add that these fees can also be claimed as a medical expense on your Canadian Income Tax return.

  • We offer both! We prioritize your convenience and comfort. We offer secure, virtual consultations allowing you to connect with us from anywhere. Additionally, for a more personalized experience, we can come to you—offering in-home consultations in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • We don’t believe in "one-size-fits-all" nutrition. Our approach is entirely case-by-case, based on your unique personality, lifestyle, and goals:

    • For those who crave structure: We can provide detailed, personalized meal plans, complete with recipes and portions, to help take the guesswork out of your week.

    • For those who prefer flexibility: We focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, teaching you "frameworks" and meal-building skills so you can eat confidently without a rigid script.

    Whether you need a specific roadmap to follow or just want to improve your relationship with food, we adapt our tools to whatever helps you thrive most.

  • In Quebec, the titles "Dietitian" and "Nutritionist" are both reserved and protected by law. This means that anyone using these titles must be a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODPQ). This ensures you are receiving evidence-based advice from a qualified health professional.
